This position is a morning position, we are looking for someone who is seeking a consistent routine. Physical cabalibilities of lifting items over fifty lb's. The prep manager oversees all of the food preparation to insure consistent quality and procedure.

8 AM - 2PM 5/6 days per week

More hours will be available if this position is effecient and can help up front with order taking and cooking. Pay advancements also with taking on other roles.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all preparation
- Making Cole Slaw
- Making Batter
- Marinating Chicken
- Dusting and Rotating chicken product
- Cleaning and cooking ribs
- Cutting Potatoes
- Cutting Cabbage
- Dishes/Clean up
- Inventory ordering all food product
- FIFO (First in first out) Rotating all product
- Food Safety protocal
  - Serve safe will be offered for pay increase.
- Making list for daily jobs and communicating to other management about daily tasks

Qualifications:

Must be over the age of 18 years old.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Must have a form of transportation to and from work.
